Vinyasa at Studio Fitness Fallston
This all-levels class integrates movement and breath work to build an internal heat to power your flow. Weekly themes incorporate balance, flexibility, strength, core work and meditation. Modifications are offered for gentler or more challenging versions of poses to adapt them to your personal practice. This class is suitable for beginners new to yoga, experienced yogis and athletes looking to support their training routine. Teens are also welcome to join.
