Family Yoga Workshop at Farming Me
Spring 2020
This special workshop is designed to give parents and kids some quality time together. We will introduce breathing and mindfulness practices that are helpful for managing stress or anxiety and work through a variety of fun partner poses that parents and kids can do together. Kids (and parents) of all ages are welcome!
The workshop incorporates lots of movement and play. Kids of all activity levels are encouraged to join. This is ideal for children ages 5-12. If you have any questions, please email me for more details.
