How it works
During your first session, we explore your goals to develop a customized practice tailored to your body, your lifestyle, and your schedule. We’ll work through functional movements to identify areas that yoga will be most beneficial to you and outline practices you can do on your own to continue to see growth outside of our time together. We’ll also establish a plan to keep you moving well, moving forward.
- FREE 30-min introductory movement assessment
- Virtual sessions available on Zoom or in-person in the Baltimore area
- Sessions can be scheduled for 60-90 minutes
- Pricing runs $85-$125 with options for individuals, teams, groups, and couples
